Mary heard about Mike from Thora about at the same time I heard from Ros. I gather he likes to get messages, so here is one from us. I wish we could do more.
Hey Mike,
You're on our minds a lot since we heard your bad news. Whenever I (Richard) think about you, I always think about the same two things: that magnificent performance as Aston in The Caretaker, and the caring, no-invisible-shield way you talked to students when you were using an office near mine one summer session a few years back.
As you may be aware, we're praying folks, so we'll be doing a lot of that for you. We've been known to see some amazing results from that procedure. And even apart from that, you'll never be far from our thoughts.
May all the good things you deserve come your way, even at a time like this.
